Dogs usually love being on a boat so you are welcome to bring your furry friend along. We recommend that you bring a doggy towel for those wet or dirty days so as to keep the boat fairly clean. We also request that you keep them off of the beds with other guests in mind.
If you have a smaller pet, ie a gecko or a stick insect they are also welcome!

There is central heating to radiators and also a log burner. So if it does get chilly in the evening, as it does sometimes, even on warm days, you'll be fine.
Yes. There are certain sections of the canal which don't allow fishing so just look out for signs.
Make sure you obtain a 'Waterway Wanderers' permit from the Environment Agency.

The boat is extremely easy to handle, and even has a 'bow thruster' (a propeller at the front of the boat) which most boats don't have, making it even easier. Before you set off on your own we will spend some time explaining everything, and go through a lock together to make sure you are comfortable.
